Sitting back a bit from Intracoastal Waterway, Tiger Woods home, which is located on Jupiter Island, Florida and is worth $40 million dollars
The mansion sits on 12-acre grounds and covers 9,000-square-feet with it being purchased in 2006, they then tore the existing house down.
The home has some amazing features including a tennis court, oxygen therapy room, a fitness center and multiple pools.
The house has its own golf course for much needed practice and this separates it from a long beachfront on the Atlantic ocean.
The main house itself has two master bathrooms, three bedroom suites in addition to the master, a gym, media room, basement wine cellar and its own elevator.
8 – Tiger Woods Porsche Carrera GT
With a price tag of $448,000 dollars, Tiger’s Porsche Carrera GT is by far one of the most expensive cars he owns.
The car features a 5.7 Litre V10 engine, has a 6-speed manual transmission and comes with an eye watering top speed of 330 km/h.
Made from carbon fiber, the car is light and at speeds above 113 km/h, the Carrera GT raises its rear wing into the air-stream to reduce lift.
Its radiator is about five times the size of that of a 911 Turbo of its time and the car’s front and rear suspension system consists of push-rod actuated shock absorbers and dampers with anti-roll bars.
7 – Orlando home
Purchased for $2.6 million dollars, this home was where Tiger and Elin lived here prior to their divorce and was the site for that infamous car crash that brought Wood’s transgressions to light.
Now sold the home features 8-bedrooms and 9-baths in 3 stories and a vast living area. The house also has a pool and lush green gardens.
The property is located on the Southwest of Orlando, Florida and was sold during the couple’s multi-million divorce settlement.
The house is spread in the area of 6,692 square feet and has a home theater, gym with a mirrored wall, expansive wine cellar, and a high-capacity catering kitchen.
6 – Solitude Yacht
Tiger Woods Solitude Yacht is 61-feet and is reported to have cost the golfing star $3 million dollars.
The Solitude is a dive boat: a boat scuba diving enthusiasts use to to get out to their diving destinations.
It was custom built by a company named Garlington Landeweer Marine and is docked at Pirate’s Cove Resort & Marina, about 10 minutes from Woods’ estate in Jupiter Island.
5 – Mercedes SLR McLaren Edition
The McLaren Edition of the SLR is based on all variants of the original SLR with the exclusion of Stirling Moss and includes revised bodywork and interior parts.
The cars were modified exactly to the owner’s specifications and due to this no car was similar to the other with the personalisation costing £150,000 pounds and was offered for only 25 cars.
The car has a top speed of 337 km/h that is achievable thanks to a 5.4 Litre supercharged V8 M155 engine.
The car has a 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) acceleration time of 3.4 seconds and a 1⁄4 mile time of 11.2 seconds at 130 mph.
4 – Privacy yacht
The bigger of the two yachts owned by Tiger Woods, Privacy is 155 feet long and is reported to have cost the golfing star $20 Million Dollars.
Purchased in 2004, the yacht is where him and his now Ex-wife stayed on their wedding night and the yacht is docked at a marina in North Palm
Beach near to his Florida home.
The Privacy has a 12,000-gallon fuel tank that will take the boat 4,000 miles, with a top speed of 17 knots.
It has 6,500 square feet of living and work space and a capacity to sleep up to 21 people in a master suite and five guest rooms.
Other features include a gym and theater, on-board Jacuzzi and carries multiple watercraft such as jet skis with it taking a crew of nine to operate.
Outside there is a sky-lounge bar, a walk-in refrigerator, a deck dining area that seats 12, and two built-in wall safes.
3 – Tiger Woods Learning Center
Established in 2006 by Tiger Woods to get students thinking about the role education plays in their futures, this centre is used by several thousand students.
The center features extensive multi-media facilities and an outdoor golf teaching area, with courses on careers in math, science, technology and language arts.
It is housed in a 35,000 square foot (3,300 m²) educational facility in Anaheim, California and was was opened in February 2006 by Former President Bill Clinton and the First Lady of California Maria Shriver.
The school is thought to have cost upwards of $18 million dollars to complete and was built specifically for underprivileged children from below poverty line.
